How can I book a cleaning service?
It only takes few minutes to fill out the booking form, sending an email or call us directly.
Will the cleaners provide their own equipment?
Yes, our cleaners will bring all cleaning products and equipment each service. It's free of charge.
How long will it take to clean my house/office?
It depends on the size of your house/office. We will ask you some questions to confirm and then estimate the hours needed to clean. If two cleaners attend the job, it will take half the amount of time.
Can I request the same cleaner every time?
Yes, of course. Just let us know so we will send the same cleaner to your home for ongoing cleans.
What is JNB Guarantee?
Our cleaners are experienced and always try their best to satisfy the clients. If you're not happy about your clean, let us know within 24 hours, we'll come back and re-clean at no cost.
Are the cleaners police checked and insured?
Yes, all of our cleaners are vetted, police checked and have valid public liability insurance.
Do I have to be at home/office when the cleaners come?
It's totally up to you. Lots of our clients choose to leave a key for the cleaners to clean their properties while they are outside or at work. Most of offices give the cleaners permitted to access their offices/stores/centres using the passcode.
How often do I need to use a cleaning service?
It depends on your personal preferences and lifestyle. Some clients prefer weekly or fortnightly cleaning, while others may prefer every three weeks or monthly.
When is payment due?
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the cleaning service and before our cleaners leave the property.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, PayID, cash, and other payment methods agreed upon at the time of booking.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
For some services, especially end-of-lease cleans, large jobs, or last-minute bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.
What happens if I am not home when the cleaning is completed?
Payment must still be made on the day the service is completed. We can send an invoice and payment details electronically for immediate payment.
Do you offer payment plans?
No. All services must be paid in full upon completion unless a prior written agreement has been made.
Can I pay after receiving the invoice?
Residential cleaning services require payment immediately after the job is completed. Invoice terms may be available for approved commercial clients only.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
Please notify us within 24 hours. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a return visit to address any areas that fall within the agreed scope of work.
Are there any additional charges?
Additional charges may apply if the property's condition differs significantly from the information provided during quoting or if extra services are requested on-site.
What if I cancel my booking?
Cancellation fees may apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.
Is your quote fixed?
Our quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. If the property's condition or scope of work differs from the information supplied, the final price may be adjusted after discussing it with you.
